The Atra Ace WA-3500 uses advanced technology to reduce hole drilling costs. It features a 1-3/8" X 2" hole drilling capacity, a semi-automatic feed mechanism, a powerful 1100 watt double insulated motor and a built-in motion detection sensor. The machine has a precision machined die cast aluminum mainframe, a motor slide and an arbor support bracket. The One-Touch arbor system means no tools are required for cutter installation or removal. This machine accepts Jet broach carbide tipped and Hibroach HSS annular cutters. Suited for work in manufacturing, steel fabrication, construction, and auto/ship building. This heavy duty magnetic base drill packs a 950 rpm motor as well as 1, 583 lbs. of holding power with its improved magnetic base.
